1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using growbalcony.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What the site provides
Grow Balcony publishes general educational articles, checklists, comparisons, sample plans and troubleshooting guides about growing vegetables and herbs in balcony containers. The site does not currently provide accounts, memberships, comments, payments or user-submission services.
3. Informational content only
Content is general gardening information and may not fit your building, lease, structure, climate, crop, product or personal circumstances. It is not structural, engineering, legal, property-management, pesticide, medical or other professional advice. Verify balcony rules and load limits with the responsible owner, authority or qualified professional, and follow product labels and local safety requirements.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal information and reference. You must not interfere with operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, use automated access abusively, distribute harmful or illegal material through the site, or misrepresent an affiliation with Grow Balcony.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site’s original text, organization, branding, design and other original materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may share links and brief attributed references for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit substantial site content without permission. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Grow Balcony may link to outside websites and resources for context or source support. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, claims, availability, pricing, safety information, terms or privacy practices.
7. Advertising, affiliates and sponsorships
Advertising, affiliate links and sponsorships are not represented as active site features at launch. If monetization is added, relevant disclosures and policies should be updated and displayed as required. A future commercial relationship must not be inferred from an ordinary external link.
8. No guarantees
The site is provided on an available basis. Information may contain errors, become outdated, or produce different results under different local conditions. Grow Balcony does not guarantee germination, plant health, harvest quantity, crop success, savings, safety approval or uninterrupted site access.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grow Balcony is not responsible for losses or damages arising from use of the site, reliance on content, actions taken from general guidance, third-party links, technical interruptions or conditions outside the site’s control. We may correct, update, reorganize, suspend or remove content or features. These terms may also change when the site or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
