1. Responsible use
By using Grow Balcony, you agree to use the site lawfully, respectfully and in accordance with this User Agreement and the Terms of Use.
2. Purpose of the site
Grow Balcony is a public educational resource for balcony vegetable and herb growing. It provides guides, comparisons, checklists, illustrative plans and troubleshooting information. It does not currently operate user accounts, comments, forums, payments or member areas.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking local weather, leases, building rules, structural limits, drainage requirements, product labels and the actual condition of your plants and containers. You agree to respect intellectual-property rights, avoid unauthorized copying or abusive automated access, and obtain appropriate professional or official guidance for high-stakes safety or property decisions.
4. Reliance on content
Gardening results vary with light, temperature, wind, water, crop, container, growing medium and care. Do not treat an illustrative image, sample plan or general schedule as proof that the same setup is permitted, safe or successful in your location. Change one variable cautiously and seek local help when a problem involves structural safety, chemicals, severe pests or other risks beyond general guidance.
5. Prohibited uses
You must not attack or interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload it abusively, republish substantial portions without permission, distribute harmful or infringing material, remove ownership notices, or falsely claim endorsement by or affiliation with Grow Balcony.
6. Third-party content and links
External resources have their own terms, privacy practices, product instructions and safety information. You are responsible for reviewing them and verifying important claims directly with the relevant official or qualified source.
7. Site changes and availability
Grow Balcony may update, correct, reorganize or remove content, and access may occasionally be interrupted. A link, route or article that was previously available may change without creating an obligation to retain it indefinitely.

You may report factual errors, outdated information, accessibility concerns, rights issues or policy questions to contact@growbalcony.com. Include the relevant page URL and enough detail for the issue to be reviewed.
